So last thursday Mina Fatale came out to visit me before we journied down to San Diego for Dungeon Servitus's Nylon Night (OMG FEET OH RAMA). Fun was in the air, we giggled, watched a cadi burn up, OH Firemen how I just adore thee... sat in OMG (the reason road rage exists) 91 traffic at only 330 pm....then got the Dommemobile filled with implements of destruction and we were on our way. Sans Rain. Thank god.
We arrived in SD unscathed and it was still NOT raining! Woot. Wisked ourselves upstairs and freshened up. Goddess Soma is a living breathing doll and welcomed me into the space with the grace of the goddess she is. The boys that attended had feet to be addored no waiting and it was on all night. Stilletos, boots, open toed, mary janes, stockings, seamed backs, cuban heels, black, cream, fishnets we had dirty stinky feet and freshly pedi'd feet, asian, black white and hispanic!!! This event (fourth thursday of every month is not to be missed I tell you) Trampling, toe sucking and for the die hard boys who lasted long enough an imprompteau play party with single tails and cbt ensued into the weeeeeeee hours of the morning.
Exhausted and happy Mina and I made our way back to the car and (still no rain in the gas lamp district!!!) onto the Freeway where (tada... )WE FINALLY HAD RAIN... (boo). Slow and steady with a supply of late night del taco we pushed on till we reached Casa del Rancho de Miss Vonn Where, after a short bout of giggles and doggie kisses, both of us slept happily into friday... but that is for another post!
